Here is a comparative of the Nutrition Facts showing ZOIC first on the left and Slim Fast Low Carb second on the right:
Calories: 110 - 190
Calories from Fat: 10 - 80
Saturated Fat: 0.5g - 1.5g
Trans Fat: 0g - 0g
Cholesterol: 5mg - 15mg
Sodium: 230mg - 260mg
Potassium: 230mg - 550mg
Total Carbohydrate: 5g - 6g
Dietary Fiber: 3g - 4g
Sugars: 1g - 1g
"Net Carbs:" 2g - 2g
Protein: 21g - 20g
The vitamins/minerals are somewhat similar in these two drinks and can be found on the Nutrition Facts on the cans. The biggest difference is that Slim Fast Low Carb has about 73% more calories and 70 more Fat calories per drink.
The taste, which I was concerned about when I order my first case of 24 drinks, is similar with the main difference that the Slim Fast Low Carb has a smoother, creamier texture. I experimented with adding about 80 calories of cream to a ZOIC drink and it definitely acquired a smoother, creamier texture. The overall taste of both drinks, in my opinion, is a good taste; but not a great taste. I would give these products a 4.5 rating if I could.
The Slim Fast Low Carb drink with its extra 70 more calories from Fat seems to satisfy my hunger perhaps 30 minutes longer than the ZOIC drink (without any cream added). ZOIC's package states "meal complement & snack replacement" not a meal replacement; in other words, it seems logical that one would add a small portion of other healthful food to make it a meal.
Both drinks refrain from adding any sugar or sugar alcohols (make sure you are comparing Slim Fast "Low Carb" and not other Slim Fast drinks which do have sugar added). Both drinks are free from Trans Fat.
I like to use both drinks to give me variety in taste and calories. The ZOIC drink at only 110 calories is a good choice when I want less calories and less fat calories; perhaps, when a planned meal time has to be pushed back in time by a couple of hours. If I need something to skip a meal, then I will usually choose Slim Fast Low Carb.
Both of these "Low Carb" drinks are good to have on hand in the refrigerator, so you can choose 110 or 190 calories versus some other super-sized 500 plus calorie item that may be in the refrigerator too.

MuscleTech-Hydroxycut Hardcore 120 Liquid Capsules
I do not review products very often, but I have to say that this one has made a HUGE difference in my life.
I started taking HCH [Hydroxycut Hardcore] in April. I was 125 lbs, 5'1". I lost 19 lbs by July, and I look and feel like freshman year in highschool plus some breasts and hips.
HCH enabled me to eat only when I was hungry, give me energy and results at the gym, and feel better about eating when I did. If things hadn't gotten so busy, I would probably have defined abs by now due to the dedication I put into working out.
I hate admitting that I used a supplement, but I have never been so excited to hit the beach this summer. This product is worth the money if you have the persistence.

100% Whey Protein - Gold Standard (Natural)
I've been using ON 100% Natural Whey for almost a year now, and it's fantastic. Whether used as coffee creamer, mixed in a glass of water, or used in my frozen churner to make ice cream, the chocolate flavor is the best!
Don't let the new packaging fool ya, it's the same ON 100% Natural Whey protein.

Larabar Bars Variety Pack Of Cherry Pie, Apple Pie, And Lemon Bar, 1.6-Ounce Bars (Pack of 18)
Although Cherry Pie is definitely my favorite bar, this variety pack is a great way to keep a selection on hand. Cherry, Apple, and Lemon just happen to by my top three favorites from Larabar. I think I could eat two of these every day for snacks and not ever get tired of them.
As a side note if I had to create a secondary variety pack I think it would be Pecan Pie, Ginger Snap, and then plain Chocolate from the Jocolate line of bars.

Odwalla Nourishing Food Bar, Super Protein, 2.2-Ounce Bars in 12-Count Boxes (Pack of 2)
I was looking for something that I could eat for breakfast that would give me a good start to the day without causing a huge jump in my blood sugar level and keep me feeling content until lunch. I had been eating Zone bars - but I think this does a better job of keeping my blood sugar on the straight and narrow. Oh - I also like the way it tastes. 16 grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber and no refined sugars. Who could ask for more?

LIF Kid ZBaR, Variety Pack of Peanut Butter, Chocolate Brownie, and Chocolate Chip
I bought these for my 6 and 8 year old to take to school for snacks. Yes, they are quite a bit more expensive than, say, a Quaker granola bar, but you get what you pay for. These bars taste great (so say the 6 yo, 8yo, their 2yo brother, Dad, and Mom). But more importantly there are no high fructose corn syrups, no trans fats, they've got a nice bit of fiber (3g), a decent amount of protein (3g) and not too much sugar (11g). At 1.27 ounces, they are substantial without being so filling that a meal is ruined. I will buy again and again.
